About the role
We are seeking an experienced and organised Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Ledger Financial Group in Leederville, WA. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
What you'll be doing Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventoryCoordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics for the teamProvide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondenceAssist with the organisation and implementation of company events and functionsAct as the first point of contact for visitors and handle incoming phone calls and emailsSupport the implementation of office policies and proceduresClient administration and assistance What we're looking for A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous mannerProficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and OutlookAttention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetA team player with the ability to work independently and take initiativeWhat we offer
