Planet Towing are looking to employ a permanent part-time admin/office person to assist with the daily operations of our company (ONSITE).
Previous experience in administration a must.
Experience in the Motor Insurance industry would be helpful, but not essential.
The role entails:
Receiving and processing incoming work orders. Reviewing data for errors and verifying accuracy Invoicing with QuickBooks accounting software. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Generating tax invoices and monthly statements. Occasional phone calls out to pay supplier invoices. Handling email queries in a professional manner from customers / suppliers. The successful applicants will have:
Proven experience in an administration role and data entry is essential, with a high level of alpha and numeric skills. Excellent attention to detail. Fast typing speed without compromising precision. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge with QuickBooks, Google and Microsoft an advantage. Reliability and discretion a must. Demonstrated self-motivation and excellent initiative. What's in it for you:
Work close to home in Keilor East area. Onsite parking available. Days are Wednesday to Friday, with Friday a must as office must be staffed every day. The hours are 9.30 - 3.30, two days per week. $35 p/hr + superannuation + 17.5% loading on annual leave. No face to face customer service, only the odd phone call out. Working with a small, friendly team. Only applicants with permanent Visa or permanent residents of Australia will be considered.
