Our HEAD OFFICE is currently seeking an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR. This position involves a variety of administrative duties to support our Purchasing Department. Wages may be scaled with relevant experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:Reviewing and cross-referencing invoices to maintain accuracy.Examining vendor invoices, internal quotations, and historic pricing to verify sales and claim amounts.Working collaboratively with Purchasing department to ensure supplier pricing discrepancies are resolved.Isolating and identifying transactional errors to resolve invoicing delays. Monitor and track direct shipments, ensuring appropriate and accurate billing.Essential:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient time management skills coupled with a strong sense of urgency.Proven experience working with spreadsheets.Ability to maintain information confidentiality required.Knowledge of supply chain management would be an asset.Communication and interpersonal skills that will allow to clearly and concisely present information and to negotiate and influence others.Good diplomatic interpersonal skills and proactive approach to business.Since 1892, ANDREW SHERET LIMITED has specialized in providing a large inventory of plumbing and heating products to customers in Western Canada.
