Western Chilled Distributors Pty Ltd – Orange NSWOffice admin role for wholesale distributor based in Orange NSW.Job share arrangement with two others.Minimum 2 days a week.Office hours 9am to 3pm.Responsibilities:Send inventory replenishment orders to suppliers.Communicate with customers to determine future delivery orders and input in order management system.Compile printed delivery/picking dockets for coolroom picker/packers.Produce daily runsheets for delivery drivers.Maintain customer and product information in order systems.Ad hoc office administration as required.Requirements:Attention to detail is paramount.Ability to manage multiple work items during busy moments.PC skills essential including MS Word and Excel.Ability to work unsupervised whilst part of a distributed team.
