About your new job:
This important role will be overseeing the day-to-day tasks in the office as well as assisting the Managing Director and Executive Team. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Draft communications and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director and the Executive teamProcess incoming mail and calls, referring to appropriate stakeholdersCreate expense reimbursements for Managing Director and Executive teamCoordinate Managing Director and Executive team's local and international trip schedulesCoordinate official visits and meetings with international executives by organising hospitality, travel, accommodation, transport, and administrative supportCoordinate information processing including filing system task follow-up and project statusProcessing reimbursements, travel, and expenses through the internal systemsAssistance with workers comp documents and liaising with the HR Team regarding the progress of injured staffGeneral stock and ordering for office supplies as requiredAbout you:
Global organisation exposure is idealProven experience in a similar roleSound knowledge with SAP is a benefitPrevious experience in a high-paced and multitasking positionGood communication and literacy skillsAble to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to workThe ability to build business relationships and maintain a calm and friendly approachAbility to handle confidential and sensitive matters with diplomacyWhat's in it for you?
