The Office and Sales Administrator will be responsible to provide end to end sales order and office management services to our Australian team and customers within the region.
In this position, you will be responsible for processing sales orders and will serve as the focal point for our Australian staff and customers.
**Based in Melbourne** What will you be doing? Managing meetings in the main Australian office, external visits, and guests to the companyNew staff introduction and orientationPhone and IT equipment registerOffice courier management in and out of the officeSetup of appointments, conferences, and managing meeting rooms as necessaryManagement of office requirements, consumables, etc.Upkeep of all utility month-to-month invoices and payments with the finance teamPurchasing of office supplies and equipmentCoordinate and implement relevant office documentation, such as orders, expenses, contracts, etc.General reception duties within the officeOrganize team-building events and Christmas partiesAdministration of Staff equipment Purchase ordersOrganize and regularly provide business sales status reports for direct SE customersLiaise and assist with Sales Operations and logistics to track order status (PO, Order Confirmation, Pickup Date, Shipping status) internally and update customers.Administration of marketing sales orders and processing.Provide shipping documents and invoicing to customersAssist sales manager with general enquiries on direct accountsJob RequirementsPrevious experience working in a similar position in a technology company is an advantageAdvanced computer skills in Microsoft applicationsFluency in EnglishStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently within deadlinesSelf-motivatedVery strong written and oral communication skillsExcellent people and management skillsSolarEdge recognizes its talented and diverse workforce as a key competitive advantage.
