What we are looking for
A good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & MYOB
Experience in marketing, social media and web page updates would be beneficial but not required
Able to answer our busy phone, utilising great communication skills towards our customers and suppliers
Can work with our scheduling system and co-ordinate field technicians daily
Can maintain calendars and emails
Can undertake data entry of Invoices; both supplier and customer based
Possesses excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
High attention to detail along with proven problem solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
Has three (3)+ years of experience in a similar role.
Experience within the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or Electrical industry would be an advantage, however not a requirement
Office opening hours 7:10am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
The positions available are as follows:
Permanent Part time – 30 to 32 hours per week
Full Time – 40 hours per week
