The role Working across our corporate South Melbourne office, this role will provide support across the business. Duties will include, but not limited to:
Visitor coordination (Sign in and pass issue) including phone inquiries and office visitors Managing compliance registers such as maintenance, couriers, resources, archiving, active directory and phone lists/TIPT to ensure currency General office administration duties including: raising purchase orders, stationery orders, photocopying, binding, laminating, printing, filing and archiving Providing administrative support to WHS and Environmental initiatives Where appropriate - Support security management including ID pass management, including printing, arranging, sending and receiving ID cards, and photo management and any destruction of returned cards. This is an on-site, part-time role (up to 24 hours per week).
About you Previous experience in prioritising and managing workloads within a busy environment with the ability to multi-task and work independently Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A confident & positive approach in supporting others. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be eligible for Australian Defence security clearance.
