Geeelong Collision Centre, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Geelong, VIC.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Present a welcoming and helpful face to our business, both FOH and on the phoneMaintaining the visual presentation of the reception and customer areaRespond to incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate internal contactsManage both incoming and outgoing mailMaintain stationery and inventoryPaperwork and data processingCoordination and reconciliation of expense claims and corporate credit cardsAssisting end to end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable dutiesProvide administrative support including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendarsOther administrative duties when required.To be successful in this position, you will: A highly professional manner and work ethicExceptional customer service and telephone mannerExcellent time management, problem solving, verbal, and communication organisational skills;Self motivated and the ability to work autonomously and within a team environmentStrong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft OfficePrevious vehicle industry experience is desirable, but not essentialHigh level of personal presentation; andA positive, happy and enthusiastic approach.Benefits: Competitive pay ratesExcellent working conditionsSupportive & energetic team environmentOn-site parkingApply Today !
