Job DescriptionWelcoming all guests, clients and customers and supporting our high standard client engagement approach through the coordination of meeting rooms, event coordination & support all aspects of a memorable client experienceAssisting with the management and maintenance of our modern in-house technologyAssisting with contractors, tenants and office maintenance requests as requiredArranging incoming & outgoing couriers & mail services for the officeProcessing invoices and managing corporate credit card receiptsCollate and update property documentation as required for property risk assessments and compliance checklists and ensure copies of all reports, correspondence and other outgoing documentation is kept on fileEntering Supplier contract information into systems on behalf of Property and Facilities ManagersAuditing database and contracts ensuring accuracy & complianceWork with the Colliers team (including Property Manager's National Facilities team, Trust Accountants, Helpdesk team, etc.) assisting them to provide the best possible service to Clients and TenantsQualificationsThe skills and experience you will bring to this role are: Excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spiritExceptional organisation skills, ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.Excellent written and oral communication skillsGood financial literacyA strong customer service ethicAn understanding of building servicesAn ability to read and comprehend technical and legislative documentsA strong teamwork ethicAn ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver a single outcomeAdditional InformationIn return, we offer an opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team and you'll also enjoy being part of the fastest growing real estate services company in the world.
