An opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic, motivated, diligent, and pro-active person for this critical role within the Administration team based in our Sydney CBD office. This is a full-time office-based position, 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

We are seeking a proactive individual who has excellent attention to detail, the ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment and the desire to learn and grow.

This is a great opportunity for someone with intermediate experience, excellent communication skills, a real customer focus and a highly personable manner to join our team.

Key responsibilities include: Providing general Office Administration services to our Melbourne office and remote offices Reception, both answering of phones and greeting of customers Liaising with Trades people when required Ordering stationery and consumables Onboarding our new joiners Coordination of Fusion5 Professional Profiles Responsible for travel bookings across Australia Health & Safety. You need to have: 2 years' experience in a similar role Previous experience in travel bookings Intermediate Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills Worked in a professional services environment High attention to detail and quality of work High level of communication skills both verbal and written Exceptional organisational and time management skills Great attitude, flexible and responsive.
