Reporting to the Customer Service Manager VIC, you will be part of a supportive team that is focused on giving our customers a high-quality experience and great satisfaction.We are currently looking for a candidate who will undertake the following duties but not limited to:Estimating and generating customer quotes (including revisions)Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to answer questions relating to estimating requirementsProviding support with showroom queries and processing of customer ordersMaintaining an electronic filing systemCollaborating with the Customer Service Manager VIC to identify and implement business improvement projectsResponding to all customer inquiries and producing quality solutions that satisfy all partiesProviding day-to-day administrative support to the team, including preparation of regular reports and analysis and other admin as requiredThe successful candidate for this role will:Have strong communication and customer service skillsA "can do" approach to all aspects of the roleBe direct, truthful, and easy to deal withBe proactive in your approach and seek out information when requiredBe a team player who is a problem solverBe a self-starter who can work autonomouslyBe determined to grow and learnWe have a great team environment where there is a hands-on approach to all that needs to be done.
