About the role  We are seeking a full time or part time conveyancing paralegal/clerk to join our expanding conveyancing team. The successful applicant will work closely with our Commercial Law section.
Your core responsibilities:
Liaising with clients, law firms, banks and brokers;Opening and closing files;Conducting property searches;Negotiating contract conditions;Drafting correspondence, Transfer Documents and general documents;Calculating settlement figures;Arranging settlements; andPreparing and lodging Title Office forms.Your essential skills / qualifications:
