Role An education support class position at this range will perform tasks that are carried out in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice, and school policy under supervision and direction... Responsibilities General Office:
Front line communications for school - answering telephone and counter enquiries. Assist families with enquiries. Maintain school's records system, including computerised student, staff and school records, using Cases21 and Compass. Coordinate the implementation of requisitioning, purchasing and issuing procedures. Manage postage - term break shutdown co-ordination. Liaise with College Leadership in regard to support requirements. In consultation with the Business Manager, determine and manage work priorities within the school office. Develop and implement strategies to ensure effective administration processes. Assisting Leadership with Photo Day processing - including Compass Cards uploads onto Cases21. Providing administration support to the College Principal. Assisting with First Aid - treatment of students and recording of incidents on Cases21 /Compass. Any other duties as required by the Principal and Business Manager.
Account Receivable:
Assist with family payments. Adding event charges to families on Cases21. Receipting of family payments on Cases21. Process CSEF Applications. Process BPAY/CompassPay receipts. Assist Finance Manager with purchase orders and accounts payable tasks.
