Our administration function plays an important role in ensuring around 300,000 flights every year to 86 destinations around the world are completed successfully. Your new role as Administration Officer – Medical Services will see you provide high-level administration support within the Aviation Health Programs team. This support includes but is not limited to providing Medical Services support to the front-line, answering incoming phone calls to Qantas Medical Services, triaging messages, monitoring, managing, filing, and distributing emails and other documents from multiple shared inboxes, and coordinating appointments for Pilot CASA license renewals and other medical appointments as required. You will also be responsible for coordinating medical correspondence for the Medical Services Team. The queries which come through may be sensitive in nature and therefore we are looking for applicants with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and maturity to work through the tasks associated with the role.
