Office Administration Assistant

Norcape Tree & Contracting Services is looking for an office administrator to work alongside our current office manager to maintain the daily tasks of organising and planning day-to-day works in a small vegetation management company. This is a 12-month contract position to begin in January 2025.What the role entails:Discussing jobs with future clients on the phoneCompleting quotes, invoices and inputting bills on XeroInputting field data into softwareOrganising safety documents and preparing for auditsFiling and sorting of documentsWho we are looking for:Available from January 2025Focused and organised individualExperience using Google SuiteHardworking and motivatedProactive in keeping busy during slow periodsAvailable 5 days per week (Monday - Friday), 20 hours per week (9:30am-1:30pm daily)Confident talking on the phone to clients and suppliersConfident with WHS documents and certifications in the workplacePrevious experience with website design and marketingIf this sounds like something you are interested in or have experience in a similar role, please apply on Seek or forward your resume to ******
