We are seeking an enthusiastic Off Highway Coordinator to join our team.Responsibilities:Managing the scheduling of major componentsManaging the remanufacturing process of componentsPlanning schedules up to 12 months in advanceData entry of whole Kit listsQuoting on whole kits and Core componentsRaising sales and purchase ordersManaging stock levelsCommunicating with clients and suppliersSkills and Experience:Knowledge and experience with heavy machinery and componentsHighly organizedExceptional Excel skillsGood communicator, both verbal and writtenAble to prioritize competing demandsIf you are seeking a challenging and rewarding position, have a high attention to detail, can manage priorities while being super organized and communicating clearly with clients and suppliers, this could be the role for you!On-the-job training is provided, and salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
