About the role: You will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of highly trained and experienced Senior Clinicians and make a real difference in the lives of children and/or adults with developmental delay and/or disability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice. Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvement. Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers. Ensure clear customer documentation. Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team. Actively participate in staff supervision process. For those with experience, opportunity to support other staff. Participate in student placements. Be solution focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements. Qualifications and experience: Bachelor degree. Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Safety Screening including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check. Salary: $97,100-133,800 (including super and annual leave loading) + $10,000 Sign-on bonus + Generous not for profit salary packaging ($18,550) + bonus opportunities + professional development time and budget + generous paid parental leave. Award: As per Pinarc Certified Agreement.
