With embedded specialist streams: Infant Child and Family for 0-11 years old, and the Youth Streams for 12–25-year-olds consisting of the intake and short-term intervention and ongoing care streams. Our Mental Health Clinicians are responsible to ensure the provision of evidence informed and developmentally appropriate treatment, care and support to Youths aged 12-25 and their families. Mental Health Clinicians will achieve this by working in partnership with community-based services, primary health providers and the broader mental health and wellbeing sector. Mental Health Clinicians will provide: Direct service provision to groups and individuals. Consultation to mental health and wellbeing sector partners including General Practitioners, Paediatricians Community Development and Education as appropriate to the role. What you bring The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent team building skills with experience in mental health clinical services an advantage. Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills and initiative with proven ability to work autonomously as well as an ability to work with limited direction, be self-motivated, and provide effective problem-solving and negotiation skills. You're proactive, flexible, and resilient and happy to work autonomously, use your initiative, and have a high attention to detail. You will be an Occupational Therapist with a Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency.
