Patient centred, the work is rewarding as you have the time to develop relationships with patients as they work towards maximising their independence and functioning in meaningful activities to them.This is a true 'rural' position where you will generalise across a broad range of clinical areas - one day working on a spinal cord injury, the next a stroke and the following a hip fracture. With this variety, your skills will grow quickly – you will still receive the support of supervision – but be hands on where you can bring your skills to life.You'll need to navigate complex issues and be great at problem solving with every day being a rewarding challenge.
