The new graduate Occupational Therapist/Speech Pathologist role is available full-time in a flexible and family-oriented clinic with opportunities to work from home as needed. 'Baisie' meaning to build and grow, is exactly what we do in every facet of service provision as well as in-house with our staff.About the roleYou will join a team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Educators, and Allied Health Assistants in a transdisciplinary early intervention service based in Tamworth providing to the township and surrounding communities.Utilizing a family-centered key worker practice model, you will provide services to children aged 0-12 years.Fortnightly team meetings and scope to build the caseload you want with opportunities to be a part of projects and extend skills in special interest areas.Reduced billable KPIs for the first 3 months.The successful candidate will be provided their own phone and laptop.Flexible and family-oriented in both service provision and work-life balance. Sports or recreation commitments? Kids' assemblies or pick up?
