Your Opportunity: As a qualified Occupational Therapist working across Residential Aged Care and Community, you will be joining a large and collaborative multidisciplinary team providing personalised treatments. You will be involved in a new innovative way of offering allied health services to our wonderful Clients.
Duties will include: Seeing consumers in the community referred through government-funded models, such as Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and Private funding. We set achievable billable KPIs.Providing comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and the aged care facilities, and working within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.There has never been a better time to join our Plena team and work towards fantastic resident outcomes.
