Occupational Therapist | South of the RiverCommunity based role working across the southern suburbs of Perth with a growing organisation.
Occupational Therapist / Senior Occupational Therapist - Join a Thriving Team We're on the lookout for passionate and skilled Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. Whether you're a graduate or a seasoned Senior OT, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work across diverse settings, build lasting connections with clients, and refine your clinical expertise.
What You'll Do: Deliver evidence-based, high-quality services to private clients and NDIS participants across various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, aged care facilities, and more.Choose your focus: paediatric, adult/geriatric, or a mixed caseload tailored to your expertise.Collaborate with a team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Counsellors, and Therapy Assistants.Participate in one-on-one mentoring, shadowing, and hands-on training to enhance your clinical skills.Engage clients in community locations and bring therapy sessions to life in environments they thrive in.About You: A positive and proactive Occupational Therapist with excellent communication and organisational skills.Commitment to delivering exceptional, evidence-based care.Willingness to work collaboratively and contribute to a vibrant team culture.AHPRA registration and tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy.Graduate or experienced therapists welcome; Senior roles require a minimum of 5 years' experience.NDIS Worker Clearance, Working With Children Check, and WA Driver's License.What's on offer: Flexibility: Full-time or part-time with a hybrid working model.Competitive remuneration plus generous travel allowance.$2,000 annual CPD budget + 2 CPD leave days and monthly internal training.Annual wellness day leave.Novated leasing options.A supportive team environment with regular social events and team-building activities.Opportunities to work across locations south of the river.Why Join?
