Wodonga Community Palliative Care provides a community based, multidisciplinary palliative service to people who reside in the Rural City of Wodonga, Indigo Shire and Towonga Shire. Primary responsibilities include assessment and clinical intervention to support palliative clients and the significant others around them to optimise their occupational goals and enable care in their preferred place.
