The Role
Administering equipment prescriptions
Conducting home modifications
Implementing falls prevention measures
Pressure care management
Complete Daily Living (ADL) assessments
Making recommendations for other necessary supports and services to ensure our patients receive the best possible care
Provide functional assessments using a range of tools and approaches
Design & implement client-centred, evidence-based interventions
Design therapy plans that are holistic, centred around a person's aspirations and define clear outcomes
Work proactively to adapt and maximise each person's environment, reduce barriers, support the development of skills and identify new ways to engage clients and support them to participate and thrive
Write comprehensive reports and maintain appropriate clinical documentation
Maintain and update clinical skills through professional development
Work independently with access to resources, supervision, support, professional development, and colleagues within the service

Requirements
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – Occupational Therapy Board
Current Driver's Licence
