The Role: Deliver a comprehensive clinical service through the provision of assessment, care coordination and individual therapies, including specialised therapies for clients and their families.Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment interventions for consumers with major and complex mental health problems, including the development and implementation of specialised treatment programs.Work as an active member of a multidisciplinary team including the provision of support and consultation to other team members as required.The Team: The Hobart Continuing Care Team is a supportive and dynamic team that provides longer-term treatment, care coordination, community and extended care rehabilitation for individuals. The team works closely with all components of the mental health sector and primary health.
Details of appointment: Fixed term, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 24 May 2025.

$106,966 to $123,013 per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
