We have a fantastic opportunity at our McNamara Lodge facility at the Meadow Springs Estate in Meadow Springs, Mandurah for an out-of-the-box and forward-thinking Occupational Therapist! As an Occupational Therapist with RAAFA, you will understand the physical and psycho-social needs and issues of our residents and deliver exceptional care in the way of implementing occupational therapy programs including group and individual activities. You will also be required to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and volunteers who are assisting with therapy programs, complete documentation and reporting in relation to this role and communicate with Allied Health and Clinical Teams on the outcome of programs for our residents.
