Bethanie is a leading not for profit aged care provider based in Western Australia. For 70 years, we have been empowering ageing Australians to lead their most meaningful lives by recognising 'old age' as a positive force in society and giving a voice to those who have seen it all and live to tell the tale.
We're on a mission to create a better world not just for ageing Australians, but their communities as well, and we believe that to make this difference, you need the right people by your side. We believe that's what makes us truly different!
We currently have an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join the team at Bethanie Peel Aged Care Home, located in Mandurah. Bethanie Peel is a warm and welcoming 50 bed facility set amongst landscaped gardens, with a personalised memory support area to safely and securely accommodate residents with dementia or similar conditions.
If you share our passion for person centred therapy services and promoting a positive ageing experience for older people, we would love to hear from you!
In this role, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of customer centred therapy and lifestyle programs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to improve the quality of life of our residents.
This role is offered on a fixed term part time basis for twelve months to cover a period of leave, working 13 hours per week across two days of your choosing.

In addition, this role will be directly supported by a Senior Therapy Team Lead with over a decade of experience as an Occupational Therapist in aged care.
We will consider applicants at all levels of seniority, so those with less experience or new graduates are encouraged to apply, as we can offer clinical support and professional development opportunities tailored to you.
