The ORS Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join the team!
You will be joining a national team of 70+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
You will get to work with an amazing group of clients over a period of months or even years, and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development.
You will form a close bond with your clients and get to celebrate their achievements with them every step of the way.
The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete will include:
Supported Independent Living (SIL) AssessmentsSensory AssessmentsAssistive Technology (AT) AssessmentsHome Modifications Assessments (including complex)Functional Daily Living Skills AssessmentsEnvironmental Risk AssessmentsSkill building and ongoing therapyYou will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices.

Graduate ProgramsIf you have recently graduated, or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS' six month tailored new graduate program.
This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.
Many of our leaders started with ORS in our Graduate Program!
