If you are a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who wants to help transform lives through excellence and person-centred NDIS allied health services, then you will love working at ORS.
You will work alongside 80+ other dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
We provide the opportunity for every clinician to build a case load that aligns with their skills & interests.

The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:
Skill building and capacity buildingFunctional assessmentsSensory assessmentsAssistive technology assessmentsHome and living assessmentsHome modification assessmentsYou will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.

To support this goal, we have a team of discipline-specific experts who possess 20+ years of clinical Occupational Therapy experience.
You will be able to connect with these experts in one-on-one and group training sessions, and they are available for round-the-clock specialist support in addition to your Team Leader & Manager.
You will also have access to internal Occupational Therapy-specific and interdisciplinary professional development opportunities (Special Interest Groups, Monthly Discipline-Specific In-services, and Multi-Disciplinary In-services).
These are offered either live or in recorded formats to ensure you have access to the training that suits your needs, with the opportunity to pursue clinical specialisation.
Opportunities to pursue external training will also be considered, with options to purchase training allowances through the bonus scheme available.

You will work closely with your Manager and Learning & Development Manager to create a plan to achieve these goals.
A few requirements: 1 to 2 years prior work experience in Occupational TherapyRegistered with AHPRAA car and licenceA National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or the ability to obtain one for a client-facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)About ORS: With close to 700 employees nationally, across 22 locations, we are one of the largest and fastest-growing family-owned and operated national allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers in Australia.
