Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist, you will empower and advocate for participants who have a physical disability, a psychosocial disability or mental health concerns. While utilising a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed perspective, you will:
Independently assess complex participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function.Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.Participate in training and receive formal 1:1 supervision.Engage in monthly peer group supervision with the Sydney team.Collaborate with the wider AAA Australia team of OTs, Physios, EPs, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and BSPs.As you support many, we support you!
