You will work autonomously, undertake a varied and diverse workload and provide interventions in predominately home-based settings, making a true difference to our client's independence and well-being.
There is no nursing home work.The team is an established and progressive multi-disciplinary team which includes Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Social Work and Speech Pathology services, supported by Allied Health Assistants.
