We are open to this position in a Part Time (Minimum 3 days p/w) or Full Time capacity.

You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological, supporting them to achieve return to health and work outcomes.
Your duties will include:
Case management;Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals;Working across various schemes such as workers compensation and employer-funded injury prevention programs;Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and work outcomes;Completing assessments using your clinical skills.Qualifications A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Physiotherapy;Registration with AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA, AASW or relevant governing body;Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded;Excellent communication skills;Compassion and empathy;Strong time management skills;A current valid Driver's License and access to a car with comprehensive insurance is a must.Additional Information Every day, we seek better together for our clients, our customers, our community, and each other.
