The Role Providing top-tier, client-centered services to aid individuals with vision and hearing impairments in achieving their goals and aspirations.Implementing best practices in clinical and educational settings to ensure optimal client care.Offering evidence-based assessments, intervention supports, and strategies to facilitate client progress.Delivering services in various settings including in-person, via telepractice, at our center, client homes, schools, or other appropriate locations.Employing a person/family-centered approach in service provision.Collaborating with clients, their families, and relevant stakeholders to develop, deliver, and evaluate Individual Support Plans and progress reports.On Offer: Full salary packaging to maximise take-home pay.Generous personal/carer's leave.Additional 2 weeks of paid leave during Christmas, in addition to 4 weeks of annual leave.Paid parental leave of 14 weeks for primary caregivers and 6 weeks for secondary caregivers.Access to industry-leading education and professional development opportunities.A collaborative work environment.Wellbeing program including access to Employee Assistance Program.Flexible working arrangements.Requirements Bachelor in Occupational Therapy or equivalentPediatrics ExperienceProfessional membership with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (Ahpra).Proficiency in clinical skills and knowledge.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Track record of contributing to client outcomes in a team environment.Possession of a valid driver's license.Working With Children Check.NDIS Worker Check.Previous experience working with clients with sensory disabilities.Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) framework including Pediatric case loads.Willingness to adapt and learn new systems, processes, and frameworks.Please contact Johnny on 0434090712 / ******
