We are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Health and Safety Officer to join our team and help us maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Risk Management: Develop, implement, and evaluate risk management policies and programs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Training: Train employees on occupational health and safety procedures, promoting a culture of safety within the organization. Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct regular workplace monitoring and audits to assess compliance with safety standards. Incident Management: Record and investigate incidents, providing insights to prevent future occurrences and ensure safe working conditions. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS). Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a food processing or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and risk management practices. Excellent communication and training skills.
