Key points:
Salary range: $67,184 to $79,040 Must show at least 2 years demonstrated experience Must have the ability to meet minimum Belron Assessment Scores across windscreen, repair and bodyglass categories Must have the ability to meet KPIs related to productivity, quality of work, value-added products, non-quality jobs/warranties, net promoter score/customer service What you'll be doing:
Repair, replace and fit windscreens on any type of motor vehicle to Australian Standards Complete re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Support in the training of apprentices/junior fitters Deliver an excellent experience to our customers What we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience fitting and repairing windscreens to Australian standards Must be comfortable dealing with customers face to face Customer focused and takes pride in delivering an awesome experience to customers Must be able to drive automatic and manual vehicles Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn the Belron Way of Fitting The Perks:
