Total Indicative Remuneration: MD2 $500,921 -$652,700 p.a. (pro-rata)

Overview
You will be responsible for managing the integrated care of patients admitted to the Gawler Health Service Midwifery Ward. Contributing to the provision of high standard clinical services to Gawler and its surrounding areas, you will provide all antenatal care in conjunction with Midwives and assist with all deliveries needing medical input. As part of your role, you will contribute to Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) committees and review Quality and Safety within the Gawler Health Service. Registered with the Medical Board of Australia, you will have Fellowship with Royal Australian New Zealand College Obstetrics and Gynaecologists, eligible for registration as a Specialist with the Medical Board of South Australia. With proven skills in problem solving and decision making at both the clinical and individual level, you will work well within a multidisciplinary team environment and demonstrate a commitment to patient and relative participation in patient care.
