You will be responsible for an established portfolio and with your expertise you will also generate new business to achieve growth targets.
As a people person, you will protect, maintain, and grow relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage a portfolio of Rural, Agri, SME, and Commercial clients Identify new business opportunities and drive growth Provide exceptional client service while building close working relationships Negotiate with our underwriting partners to achieve the best outcome for clients Maintain an active sales pipeline Manage compliance obligations and stakeholder relationships About you:
To be successful in this role, you must be a high performer who can demonstrate portfolio growth. You will also:
Enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to work autonomously. Love that no two days are the same and that much of your time will be spent out with clients or prospective clients, not in the office. Be sales-oriented and able to build a sales pipeline to support new business growth. Have amazing organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail. Have sound general insurance technical ability and be a problem solver. Having your Tier 1 broking qualification is strongly advantageous but not required. What we offer:
