About the role Our Home Health Registered Nurses are key members of an integrated, multi-disciplinary team, responsible for delivering evidence-based, person-centred nursing care to support customers in their own homes.
The Nursing Team Leader is a dynamic position designed to lead, develop, and support a growing team of registered nurses, ensuring they work to the top of their scope while delivering hospital-in-the-home and community care services.
The role is responsible for fostering a high-performing team capable of meeting and exceeding customer expectations while maintaining safety. Critical responsibilities include managing the safety and risk of a remote workforce and building a robust, engaged team. The role also involves maintaining a clinical caseload, ensuring best-practice care is delivered across the network, and serving as an escalation point for all staff.
It is expected that the position holder will divide their time between office-based work and community-based care.
