About the role: We are seeking an experienced Nursing Regional Manager to lead our nursing teams across Western Australia. In this role, you will provide professional and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, comprehensive, and patient-centred care across our partner residential aged care facilities (RACFs). Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will manage clinical operations, recruitment, staff development, and quality improvement processes.
