About the role The way that we provide nutrition and hydration in our homes is evolving to align with our Resident Person-Centred Care Framework. We are moving to a more traditional restaurant model that has 'front of house' and 'back of house' team members.
In this role, you will help residents with their meals and drinks, following Estia Health's personalised meal service guidelines.
You will also:
Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, are comfortable and well-fed.Work with our team to assist those residents who require additional support and care.Help our residents to enjoy meaningful and engaging activities.Be a supportive friend to our residents.Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected.You'll be a true team player and great communicator, with a real desire to make a difference in people's lives. Training will be provided around supporting residents during mealtimes.
