Are you a motivated and focused Early Childhood Educator looking for an exciting new challenge? Anglicare (NSW South, West & ACT), is a not-for-profit organisation seeking applications for the position of Nursery Room Leader at our Franklin Early Learning service, located on the campus of Franklin School.

The Opportunity
As a Nursery Room Leader at Franklin Early Learning, you will join our well-established and supportive leadership team within our thriving program. You will develop warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to the children's learning and well-being.
As part of your role, you will lead our Nursery program, working with children from birth to 2 years old. You will work alongside a committed team of Educators and be responsible for completing key compliance requirements. In addition, you will drive an engaging and exciting program based on play, children's interests, and emerging skills.
What's needed to succeed?

ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification or working towards ECT qualification. Diploma-qualified Educators are also encouraged to apply.
Experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting, preferably in a leadership role.
A solid understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place Framework for learning, and awareness of relevant laws and regulations.
Ability to develop appropriate and sustained relationships with children.
Strong organisational and planning skills and the ability to work independently.
Ability to design, plan and implement high-quality educational programs for young children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members,
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development
