The Sanctuary Model is an evidence-supported care model that supports people who work in stressful human services and care delivery environments.The OpportunityAs a Nursery Room Leader at Franklin Early Learning, you will join our well-established and supportive leadership team within our thriving program. You will develop warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to the children's learning and well-being.As part of your role, you will lead our Nursery program, working with children from birth to 2 years old. You will work alongside a committed team of Educators and be responsible for completing key compliance requirements. In addition, you will drive an engaging and exciting program based on play, children's interests, and emerging skills.What's needed to succeed?ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification or working towards ECT qualification.
