The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) is accountable at an advanced practice level for leading and coordinating the Ward 6A to achieve best practice standards for clinical practice and patient centred care within a healthcare team. You will also be responsible for the provision of effective and efficient human, material, and financial resource management.
