2 hours from Adelaide who are seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to run and oversee their small 30 bed facility.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, your primary focus will be to manage, coordinate, and lead the nursing team to ensure that high quality outcomes are being provided for residents within the home.

Essential Criteria:

AHPRA registration as a Div 1- Registered Nurse

Experience managing a clinical team within aged care

Proven Aged Care accreditation experience

Excellent Communication skills

Demonstrated ability working in a cohesive team

Positive attitude and a real passion to work within Aged Care
