JR-6662 – Nurse Unit Manager As a Nurse Unit Manager you will be responsible for leadership and management of the department/unit, optimising patient safety, quality of care and experience, operational efficiency and contributing to the strategic objectives. To succeed, you will have an understanding and knowledge of relevant acts, codes and standards relevant to current practice. Holding a registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, you will have experience in an Acute Hospital facility including medical, surgical and palliative care specialities.
