As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Geriatric Rehabilitation unit. Your exceptional leadership skills, coupled with a deep understanding of best practices in geriatric care, will shape the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred services. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, mentoring and developing your nursing team, and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care.
Minimum Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
