As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be pivotal in coordinating high-quality patient care across various clinical areas, including Residential Aged Care, Dialysis, Chemotherapy, and Palliative Care. Your leadership will foster a positive work culture, promote continuous education, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
