Ceduna Health Service is seeking a dedicated Nurse Unit Manager to lead our dynamic nursing and multi-disciplinary team. As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be pivotal in coordinating high-quality patient care across various clinical areas, including Residential Aged Care, Dialysis, Chemotherapy, and Palliative Care. You'll lead your team with expertise and compassion, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible outcomes. Your leadership will foster a positive work culture, promote continuous education, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
