THE ROLEAs the Nurse Unit Manager for the Cardiac unit within a highly reputable hospital, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a nursing unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with the organisation's strategic goals.
Your role will involve managing human and material resources, monitoring clinical indicators, and driving continuous improvement within your unit.
