– RN3Ongoing Full-Time About the Role:The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to join the Acute Care of the Elderly unit, where you'll provide exceptional care to our elderly patients.As the Nurse Unit Manager of the ACE Unit, you'll lead a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Your exceptional clinical expertise, coupled with strong leadership and management skills, will be vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices.
You'll mentor and guide your team, promoting professional development and continuous learning.
